GemRebates are one of our ways to give you more value back from your real-money usage on our platform. The GemRebates program is available in three forms: Instant Rebates, Daily Rebates, and Weekly Rescue Rebates.

We calculate your rebate rewards from your eligible weekly net loss or real cash turnover. How we calculate your rebate depends on the rebate type; Daily and Instant Rebates are added directly to your withdrawable balance without the need for an extra turnover requirement. 

For the Weekly Rescue Rebates, eligible VIP accounts are given an additional reward after a losing week. The rate a VIP account receives depends on the user's GemBet VIP tier and whether they played sports bets, casino, slots, etc.

How Do GemRebates Work?

The GemBet Singapore GemRebates program process is straightforward. The GemRebates are tied to your real-money activity across the GemBet sports and casino sections. These real-money activities must be eligible, and as you play or place bets, your eligible turnover contributes to the rewards available to your account.

Instant Rebates

Weekly Rescue Rebates

Weekly Rescue Rebates are designed differently from Instant and Daily Rebates. They are calculated according to your weekly net loss instead of your total turnover. 

This Weekly Rebate program is only available from the Amethyst VIP tier and above. Furthermore, qualifying Weekly Rescue Rebates are deposited each Saturday at 6 PM SGT. However, unlike Daily and Instant Rebates, Weekly Rescue Rebates are issued with a 10X turnover requirement before you can withdraw the funds. 

 To claim your Weekly Rescue Rebates, please follow these steps:

1. Open your account Rewards section.
2. Click on Bonuses.
3. Find the Weekly Rescue Bonus.
4. Click Claim to activate it.

Eligible VIP members can also check the countdown to the next Weekly Rescue Rebate from the rebates section of their account.
